Installation no show

So my household has signed up for VMs 1gig service. We have had the external box installed. Someone turned up on December 21st and said they couldn’t do the install as something was done wrong when the people installed the box. We were then told someone would show up on the 7th and they didn’t. We were then told someone would show up today and there is still no one. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t even a message to let you know they won’t be coming. Just sitting around constantly waiting for no one to appear.

    This is just 'business as usual' in the world of VM installations, unfortunately. You'll find many similar topics on here.

    You will be due compensation from 21 Dec when the VM tech visited but could not complete the installation (the forum software is only allowing text links to be posted ATM)

    Keep detailed notes of everything that has happened (dates, times, evidence such as texts, emails, phone calls etc.) this will help ensure you are paid correctly. You may end up having to go to arbitration to get paid what is due to you.
