The IVR they now use it terrible, i seems to be design in such a way to prevent the option of speaking to someone. I've found the only way to get through to a human is attempting to connect the cancellations team, even that can take about 15 minutes to get through the IVR.

Took me over 5 minutes to be given the option to actually speak to someone!

The phone lines have been busier than normal today due to a broadband outage which has now been fixed.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults)
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
They might ask you to post a picture of the broken omnibox.
