They don't have to connect anyone if it's too difficult or expensive. Have you spoken to VM Sales and requested a survey? If your property has already been marked as unserviceable they won't check it again.

    Hi,

I recently moved to new flat, apparently my address is not showing up on the postcode checker and I phoned was told my area is unserviceable at the moment and  that they plan to service after 18 months. I checked that they do service the flat just beside me and tried asking for a site survey and was told no. Is there anything I can do or where to escalate this as I feel that they only check their computer and stop there. Thanks in advance
