I need a longer cable

Is it possible to get a longer cable from the wall to the router? The router is currently in a position where I think it is limiting my Internet speed and I need a longer cable to move it

    Hi Omega_498,

    Thank you for your post,. 

    To arrange a change of location of a hub you would need an engineer visit. 

    There would be a £25 cost for this. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this further.

      Hi, I don't need the box to be moved I just need a longer cable. Is that possible please?

        This would depend on what service you have at the property, if it's coaxial or fibre cabling, and also how long a cable you're requesting. 

        If you're looking to move the hub into a different room, then we would need to advise that this would need to be a relocation request.
