I just want to book an engineer but Virgin make it so difficult
I joined Virgin for Broadband and TV, swapped over from Sky, they switched me over during the night and the white cable is impossible to go into the socket. It kept dropping out so now the little pin bit of the cable is bent and unusable.
I'm happy to pay for an Engineer visit but it seems this is an impossible task.
We now have NO internet or TV at home.
