I just received my new hub5 today and it's not connecting I have checked all the connections

I just received a new hub5 today and it's not connecting to the internet it's just flashing blue light I checked all the connections and they are fine can anyone help?

    Should just be a case of plug it in turn on and wait.

    is the hub 5 a upgrade from your old hub?

        It's been a few days since your post, has this improved at all during that time? Were you able to call the Activation number as advised by newapollo to get this up and running?
