Does your old hub still work if you reconnect it?
It's possible that the new hub5 needs activating.
Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line.
Have the hub5 serial number (should be on a sticker on the base) along with your account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract

Thanks I called that number and they activated it at there end, you have to pass security questions to get it activated, thanks again, all good now.

Should just be a case of plug it in turn on and wait.
is the hub 5 a upgrade from your old hub?
