I have an exposed cable

I need to report an exposed cable on my garden

    It would help if you said what you wanted to be done about it, and posted a photo.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system nor a direct line to VM.

    An exposed cable is not necessarily a problem. When you post a photo show the cable and its surrounding area.

  • Thanks I did take a photo but it’s disappeared obviously not done it right I’ll give them a call
