I cannot select an individual flat at the new place I am moving to

Hi

I'm moving into a new place soon - and when I input the postcode, it will only let me select the number for the building, but I can't actually choose any flat numbers for the place, including the one I am moving into soon.

I've requested for it to be looked at a couple times now but have had zero reply in over 10 days. 

I kinda need this done sooner rather than later because I'm moving in at the start of next month.

Any advice would be great, thanks.

    Hi, i know this sounds stupid but if you speak to home movers they have the ability to send out spotters/direct reps to investigate and update their house file record.
