Individual Policy holder...

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can help me find Virgin's policy that states accounts can only be managed by an individual, and that more than one name is not allowed on broadband accounts.

Thank you in advance!

Each account has one named account holder.

If you need to administer the account for someone else (or someone manage your account for you), you need to register a power of attorney with VM.

Not sure if it is still a thing now but in the past I think you used to be able to add a named person to the account but they could only speak to VM to report faults etc., no package/account changes.
