Hub5x not found in my Virgin connect app

Hi all,

I’ve had tried so many times to connect my hub in the Virgin connect app but had no luck so far.

I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times to no avail.

is there any thing I can do to get this sorted?

Many thanks

Enter 192.168.0.1 in a web browser.

The settings password is on the base of the HUB (Not the WiFi password!).

The main reasons the VM Connect app fails to work are :

    1) Not connected to the VM Hub by Wi-Fi
    2) Use of any kind of VPN or Apple private browsing tools
    3) the most common, the VM back end systems have not registered your Hub yet.

VM Connect app is too flaky and unreliable, we do not have it installed.

It is far easy to manage a Hub through its menus.

I know it may sound silly, but how do I go about going through the menus for the hub?

No, don't waste your time. It isn't supported yet and won't ever work. Because the HUB5x is in trial mode and was released when it wasn't suitable. You can see other posts I have made about this horrific router.
