Hub4 connection and can’t speak to anyone. Hung up on 3 times by the robot 🤷‍♂️

Anyone have connection issues in the Preston area this morning?

We have our alarm connected over WiFi and as it’s died in the night now have no easy way to disarm it. Rang virgin 3 times and been hung up on saying they’ve sent a text but yet no text received and can’t get to a human! Anyone any ideas on how to get hold of a person at virgin media? Worst customer experience ever!

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any Broadband issues causing your home alarm to malfunction and also for the experience when reporting it. Not the level of service we aim to offer. There's no service issues showing today but as your post was on Wednesday, I did go back to check if any issues at the time. There was a fault in your area, now resolved, with fault reference F011820157. It was opened and closed as resolved on Wednesday. 

    I do hope all is fine now but please report back if you need any further help.
