Hub 5 not found on vm connect app.

My new Hub 5 was installed on 24.10.24. My vm connect app was working fine on the day of installation but since yesterday it's saying we can't find your hub.

I've turned my Hub 5 on and off and de installed and reinstalled the vm connect app  and still no luck.

I've also cleared cache and data but no joy.

Please advise me what is the issue.

      Hi,

      I left it for few days and went into app and followed the instructions on app when you open and then it worked for me
