HUB 5 not appearing, still connected to old wifi
We recently replaced our Hub 3 with a Hub 5 and it's been an hour since I unplugged the Hub 3 but for some reason my new wifi address won't appear, and I can still connect to the old wifi. I turned off the pods in our house just in case they were interfering with something and it's still not working.... Supposedly RealSpeed (the SamKnows test) says that I am connected to the Hub 5 but the wifi addresses dont match up and I'm only getting 15mbps.... (I should be getting 1GB):
I called the number to activate our kit and it said it was already activated... what is going on
