Hub 3.0 update in progress

Just got a replacement hub it connects but no access to the internet. When accessing the internal web server it just says update in progress, other posts here say the hub isn’t registered on the network. I logged a call but have till wait till Wednesday for a technician. Can anyone help with this issue?

    why have you got a replacement

    do you still have the old hub if so put that back on and see what happens

      Tried doesnt work, replacement due to red led status issue

        check you have got the coax fully home then try a full reset on the new one - hold the reset button a good 30 sec
