Home Move to a new build

Moved into a new build house on an estate, been trying to sign up to Virgin online, our postcode is coming up and virgin is available on other street numbers, but our house number isn’t showing up, I’ve registered it with Royal Mail and my house number pops up on all other platforms except virgin media's. Every house around me has VM connection. I need to be connected ASAP as my work hangs on that. It is quite upsetting and frustrating for me as I've been tossed back and forth for days.

    Hi, 
    I have been trying frantically to get my service moved from my former address to my new address to no avail. my house number doesn't come up when I put in my post code. i have chatted repeatedly with your customer service. The address pops up on all other platforms. My Neighbours all have VM connections. It's been quite upsetting for me as i need it desperately to be able to work. I was promised an engineer would come check but till now none has come. Please this is an SOS call.
