Help with damaged cable

Hi

Having some work done at the moment at the front of our house (new driveway) & the contractors have managed to severe the cable running under the old drive to the house. 

I can't seem to find any way of contacting virgin to get the sorted 

Can someone supply a telephone number so I can report this & get someone out urgently as the new drive is being laid this week.

      Thank you but I've already tried this & I cannot speak to anyone, it's all automated. The link I get sent from it after going through all the generic testing just says check back in a few hours

        It is Bank Holiday Monday so will be on a skeleton staff levels today.  You need option 2 Faults.
