Haven't received contract or router
Hi,
I received the pre-contract documents and my order summary for fibre broadband. Only, I never received the contract or a delivery date confirmation. I do not yet have an account number.
What are the next steps? How can I proceed? I haven't received any communications since last week, and the initial delivery date was a couple of days ago already.
