Haven’t received delivery confirmation or router

I ordered my fibre broadband connection over a week ago, the delivery date was the 30th of May but I haven’t received it yet. I only have my pre order documents and order summary so I have no account number.

What should I do, how can I find out when it will be delivered?

    Can you please confirm if you have since been in receipt of your router?

    If so, have you attempted to install the router?
