Go live date July 17th. Still no external works done?

Hi all as the title states really my go live date in July 17th but im still waiting for the external works to be complete. Ive called vm and a lovely chap advised its being doing right now....but its not 😂. 

 

Any help would be great 👍 currently not a good look for a new customer

    We're sorry to hear you're still waiting on having the external works done. These can be done at any time right up until your installation date. Depending on the work that's required, the work can be done quite quickly at times. 

    Checking things here, we can see since posting, the work was done and the services were installed too.
