Getting an Extension Cable for my Hub

I would also like an extension cable please, are you able to message me for the details?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

    VM will only provide a 3 metre cable maximum. Anything longer requires a technician appointment due to the way changes affect your service signal levels.
