Does anyone know the cable type used from the wall socket to the Hub 5X for XGS Pon.
The cable the engineer installed is quite long and prefer to have a shorter cable.
Is Virgin able to supply a 1 metre cable that would be compatible as I bought one on Amazon and it does not fit the connection.

I would expect VM should be able to supply you with a shorter cable but also see below

I've still not been able to source one - primarily unable to find the correct cable and the one website I have found the correct one, charges a high delivery fee 🙁
Is VM able to supply a shorter fibre cable?
