For inserting new broadband connection

I want to take a new wifi collection, However, my flat is not listed in the address list of virgin media as this is a new flat. Although other flats of this building are listed. In this case if i order using the address of other flats, shall I get the delivery properly? Or what can I do in this regard,?

    Do NOT use any other address for this.  You will need to get this done correctly.  If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
