F011780933 - fault in area

There are two faults in my area - one with a reference and one without.  I’m experiencing issues where speed suddenly drops or latency increases which is making it very difficult to work from home on a Citrix Remote Desktop. The fix date keeps getting extended.  Could one of the Virgin team look into this and advise what is going on?

      The VM staff here won't have access to any more information than the link you posted. The times on that will be estimates that might change, so you need to keep checking it.

      If you are using a residential connection for work you will like others in the same position need to have a standby connection  e,g, 5g.

        I normally have 5g as a backup however unfortunately we have a mobile issue too due to local capacity which is not going to be resolved until July!
