Extension cable from wall box to splitter

I’d like to move my TV and broadband to a different room, is it possible to get a 10m extension cable between the wall box and splitter to make this possible?

    For a 10 metre extension, it would be best to get a non fault callout at £25.  That way the engineer will place everything just where you need it and balance all the power levels.  Hopefully John_GS​  will arrange for you.
