Entered wrong email
I bought wifi and entered the wrong email address on purchase. I tried to fix through online help assistant but it doesn’t appear to have worked. I can’t access account number

Not sure how email and wifi have to do with each other?
The correct email address is needed to know when bills are coming out and to cancel contract? General communication about wifi contract.
