Engineers not turned up AGAIN.

After rescheduling three times, VM engineers have not turned up on the day. We have now not had internet for more than a month, and after numerous promises, you service has let us down again! 

Please can someone get into contact. No way we should be having a large amount of money taken out of my bank account, so that you can cancel appointments and not turn up to the ones that are scheduled.

      Spoke to VM on phone. We are now in an indefinite wait for the road to be dug up. They cannot give us a date, despite giving us one previously, on which nobody turned up. What a shambles this is becoming.

    I have managed to sort this. So, someone dug up the road, didn't tell us, and also didn't put it on record. But internet and TV are now up and running.
