Engineer visit required

I have been a virgin media customer for many years - in my current property (which i rent) our landlord is having the windows replaced, however when virgin media was installed it was incorrectly positioned by drilling through the window sill, rather than the wall.

In order for my landlord to replace the windows we need the virgin line to be repositioned through the wall - can you please advise on booking an engineer visit to carry out this work.
