Engineer visit not showing for today
We signed up in December for broadband as we'll be moving this week. On sign up I chose the engineer visit, but must have done something wrong because it went through for Quick start instead. The house was empty for a few years and the wires don't look great so I was planning on booking an engineer, however the quick start didn't arrive, A pair of socks was delivered instead... thanks yodel 🫠called up and the agent booked an engineer, however it's not showing on the app and I've received no confirmation email or text. I have to arrange someone to be at the property however it's a bit much to expect them to wait 5 hrs without knowing for certain.
I have tried calling, but I'm in college at the minute and can't hold for too long 🙈 do they send confirmation or is it just as straightforward as trusting it will go ahead?
