Engineer damaged property (not left in same condition as was)

Engineer did some work both inside and outside my property to fix Wi-Fi (took longer than expected but got sorted and in fairness he was efficient and took his shoes off in our house, etc.) BUT he’s moved and not clipped back in some external ducting that was covering VM cabling and the hole where the VM cable enters our property – I’ve tried to fix so cables/hole aren’t exposed to elements/cats/rodents etc. – however I can’t seem to resolve and am not willing to force it as I don’t want to damage VM cables or the ducting.

I don’t care about what the ducting/cables look like (its not visible as its down the side of the property) I just want them protected so no issues develop.

  • Can you/someone else PM me as well please - engineer did some work both inside and outside my property to fix Wi-Fi (took longer than expected but got sorted and in fairness he was efficient and took his shoes off in our house, etc.) BUT he’s moved and not clipped back in some ducting that was covering VM cabling and the hole where the VM cable enters our property– I’ve tried to fix so cables/hole aren’t exposed to elements/cats/rodents etc. – however I can’t seem to resolve and am not willing to force it as I don’t want to damage VM cables.

Photos wouldn't really show the issues (my photography skills are appalling and its in quite a dark spot next to a very high wall) and its not 'damaged' so much as not in same state it was - the wires are exposed but underneath - just trying to get an engineer round to rectify tbh.
