Do engineers need access to the wall socket connection?
Some issue occured a few times recently so an engineer is coming to check, do they need to get to the wall socket or will they just check from the hub and wire from the wall?

You cannot second guess what they will need to do to fix your problem. Crystal ball broken.
Be best to assume they need full access to all of the installation. Otherwise it's a bit like servicing a car, but keep the bonnet closed .... 😉
