Delivery - unable to sign for

So I'm a student doing a work placement in London. I ordered the wifi with plenty of time before the previous plan cancelled.

I arranged the delivery for Saturday and they rearranged it for Wednesday which I can't sign for because I'm at work.

Now the previous plan has ran out and we have no wifi until we get the router.

 

Anyone have any suggestions to what we can do?

    Contact Yodel and get them to deliver to a local shop agent where you can collect it

      How would I go about doing this? Do I need a tracking number and would I do it online or on the website?

    There should be some contact information on the notification you were sent. Failing that a staff person on here may offer to help.

      Will I get this information when its out for delivery? I have just been told its arriving via yodel so far

        Any luck with the hub delivery yet?  If not then call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

        They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
