Damaged Virgin Media Box at Freehold Property

Hello,

I am the owner of a freehold property where VM services are installed but i personally do not have them. I assume others in the building do. The outside box is in a sorry state with many wires hanging out (some not even connected) and the box is damaged and missing it's cover.

The wires need to be tidied and a new box fitted. I have tried to report this many times but no one has done anything about it. Please can you DM me and get this matter sorted out?
