Damaged Omni box

The omni box at my property is damaged and the main cover completely missing. Additionally, one of the cables (the middle cable going to the 3-way splitter) has a split in it - see picture, attached.

How can I arrange for an engineer to come to the property to assess and fix as required?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
