OMNI box damaged

Hi, my Omni box is damaged and is half hanging off the wall. Would an engineer be able to come and replace it?

    Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

      I also have a problem with my omnibox falling off my wall, ive taped it up and tried to put it back as best as possible but it hasn't worked, can you get in contact to sort out getting a replacement fitted. Thanks
