Damaged external cable - needs repair/replace

Good day,

Due to building works on the driveway of the house, the external cable(s) were damaged - see below picture.

 

One cable is clearly damaged, and the other may also have been put under strain causing issues.

Please could I request a callout from an engineer to repair/replace this?

This has caused the internet to be intermittent, and I'd be keen to get it fixed as soon as viable.
