Damaged cable by contractor.

Hi, so we have recently had a decorator in to do our living room and he’s ripped out the fibre cable and its connect won’t come out of the box. I’ve been on the phone for the last 45 minutes to VM but not getting any response. Without this cable we are down TV and wifi. It’s very frustrating due to be moving in this week and might have to delay unless I can get someone to replace it.

  • If you manage to remove the 'stuck' part you can use your own cable:
