Damaged box

Hello my elderly neighbour is with virgin media and her brown box outside is broken and is exposing the wires I've tried calling endless times on the two virgin media Contact numbers I have and I am getting nowhere is there someone that can help me as this is stressing her out

    Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

    Don't worry too much about the wires being exposed, they are quite resilient.
