Damage to my car

Hi this morning 28/11/2024 virgin media engineers were operating on my road laying in new cables they erected a barrier next to my car which fell over and damaged my car rear door. After speaking to the engineer he denied any wrong doing I have clear cctv footage. Can you please get in touch as I need to proceed with this matter thank you.

    You will not get any satisfactory response on here because there are no VM staff qualified to discuss legal matters. 

    You will need to send a formal claim to Virginmedia's registered office.

    Any damage to your car should be reported to your insurance company and they will handle all communications with the third party. You should not contact the third party at all, apart from obtains their details.
