Constant red light on hub and intermittent connection

My hub has a constant red light showing an has done for over a year. Now my broadband keeps dropping out. I've rebooted, factory reset, unplugged and waited on numerous occasions but the problem persists. The red light is still on. Maybe it's time for a replacement hub

  • Red light usually means it's over heating, if it's in a well ventilated position and you have a red light then it will need replacing.

    You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
