Connection Request

Ive seen a few posts on hear where people have successfully got a connection when the availability checker says unavailable in your location but several neighbours have a connection.

I was a big fan of my virgin subscription before I moved last year and was devastated to find out that I couldn't bring the package with me to my new house due to VM not being available in the area, but ive recently found out that several of my neighbours are connected to virgin media on the same street in adjacent houses and would like to know what is preventing our house from being connected?

Can you help me?
