Connected but no internet

I got a hub 3 delivered today and have set it up. The white light is stable, the WiFi light is permanently green and the arrows are permanently green. The WiFi appears on devices but just says connected without internet. I have tried everything on website and faqs to fix this but there is still no internet. Virgin media connection app, no issues in this location. Any ideas? Thank you

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. How are things looking since you last posted, has there been any improvement at all or is it still the same right now?

      as a helpful answer that is useless - why do staff here resort to questions that just move the problem down the hill

      you may not have access to the users account but some help would be a good idea  - two community members  have suggested the hub is not activated which is probarly the case adding to that would be posative instead of pointless questions 

      proactive is obviously not something you understand - but i guess the rules are 

      post something - rubbish or not

      job done

      move on

    Your hub requires activation. Call 0800 953 9500 & have the details from the label on the base of the hub handy.
