Coaxial cable replacement
Hello, I have a hub 3 which I recently had to replace, and I was sent a replacement kit and was able to successfully replace the kit. The main issue was with unstable connection and the hub rebooting constantly, however I still have a unstable connection and poor speeds, after further inspection I discovered that my coaxial cable was severely damaged, with the actual cable being stripped from the connector, this is impart due to the cable being a "push don't screw" cable, I have had this cable for 5+ years it came with the hub 3 when the upgrade was sent to us. Please let me know if it would be possible to receive a replacement coaxial cable,
