Can't believe Virgin ruin my weekend again

This is the 2nd time without network over the weekend on JUN. Engineer will come to check on MON. Virgin Media should be ashamed of themselves for providing terrible broadband service,will you compensate for my weekend? can't do many things with internet.

Can't believe it happened again in 10days
