Why won’t the app let me order WiFi pods even though signal is terrible?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue ordering a Pod.
Can you please let me know if you haven't been able to order one yet.Gareth_L
The pods ordering was removed from the app long ago. Perhaps they wanted to limit the number being sent out. You now either have to phone in, or wait for a staff person to pick up your post.
