Cable needs to be cut and relocated

Thank you for this reply. Do you know how I contact VM to have a phone/broadband cable coming into my flat re routed? Currently it’s coming in through a hole drilled into the sash window frame. The window is going to be replaced and the cable needs to be cut and brought in through the wall. This must be done before the window people can do their work.

    £25 non fault call out fee.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.  Note if this is above 1st floor it may need a special team trained to work at heights.
