Cable installed across driveway

Hi, the Virgin media cable is installed across my driveway and needs to be rerouted.

If someone could advise how this can be arranged please.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

      Hi Adduxi, I have tried this - calling 0345 454 1111 and speaking with someone but they seemed unsure how to deal with it, said they had logged the issue and someone would come out but they haven't. This was last week and they said they were unable to log my contact details for me to be updated.

      I tried calling again earlier this week but was passed around different people / departments and then the line went dead.

      Trying here in the hope that someone from Virgin will pick it up as I don't know what else to do! All I want is to be able to discuss with someone who can help!

    Inside or outside your gate? A photo would help them to see what needs to be done.

      The cable comes from the path, under our gate, onto the drive and then garden part next to the drive. 

      We want to clean up and widen the drive but are unable to with the cable across it. Which is for the neighbours Virgin Media!

    That was a very poor way of connecting to your neighbour, the cable should have been taken from the pavement in front of their own house. 

    A VM staff person should pick this up in a day or two and take details from you off line.
