The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Sorry to hear of your concerns about a protector missing from your wall.
Are you able to advise, do you mean a cover for the box attached to your home or wall, or are you saying a plastic coating for the cable has been damaged?

Okay, it's possible that an engineer can replace this if it's on the property. If it's a cable that should be buried, then this would require rebury work, which is different.
