Brown Cable Protecter missing on External Wall

Hi, i have noticed the cover to my brown external box is missing, exposing the main internet wire that come in from the public foot path. Could this please be repaced as I am worried the cable may get damaged

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
