My outside box did not do well in the recent bad weather . Could a VM representative get in touch with me to sort getting this replaced.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
I felt like I was going to be on the phone for two days when I rang 🤣 so thought would post here and wait without the hold music 😉
